ARITON–The Ariton Purple Cats junior varsity basketball team delivered yet another commanding performance Monday night, defeating Northside Methodist Academy 39–12.
The Purple Cats controlled the game from start to finish, showcasing aggressive defense and balanced scoring across the lineup. Chris Woodfaulk led Ariton with 13 points, while Wilson Collier added 9 and Bryce Davis contributed 5.
For Northside Methodist Academy, Carden Nunan was the leading scorer with 4 points.
Ariton JH basketball’s decisive victory improved their record to 14-1. They take on Geneva County in a home game on Thursday, November 13.
