The City of Ozark is inviting local businesses to submit proposals for an exclusive beer sales agreement at the Ozark Civic Center. The one-year contract will begin on October 1, 2025.
According to city officials, the business selected must comply with all state and local regulations, hold an ABC Alcohol License, and follow responsible alcohol sales practices. The agreement is intended to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for Civic Center patrons while also contributing positively to the community.
As part of the bidding process, applicants are required to include documentation showing eligibility for an alcohol license, along with a proposal detailing how a portion of sales profits will be shared with the City.
Harlows, a local business in Ozark, previously held the contract to supply alcohol to the Ozark Civic Center for events but according to the Ozark City Clerk, that contract expires September 30. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BIDDING FOR THIS CONTRACT, you must submit your sealed bid to the Ozark City Clerk by September 25.
Sealed bids must be submitted to the Ozark City Clerkâs Office, 275 N. Union Avenue, by 3 p.m. on September 25, 2025.
