A small group of the Claybank Master Gardeners recently spent time caring for the pollinator garden at Vivian B. Adams School. Volunteers worked together to weed the garden beds, deadhead spent blooms, and refresh the bird bath to keep the space inviting for both pollinators and visitors.
Regular maintenance helps ensure the garden remains a vibrant habitat for bees, butterflies, and other beneficial insects while providing a beautiful outdoor learning space for students and the community.
The Claybank Master Gardeners meet on the second Wednesday of each month for an educational presentation followed by their monthly meeting. Meetings are held at Hoppergrass Restaurant, and guests are always welcome to attend.
*Claybank MG will not have a meeting in the month of July. Meetings will resume August 12 with a presentation on Kokedama.
