It’s back by popular demand! Due to the positive response to the previous class, Sheriff Mason Bynum and the Dale County Sheriff’s Office (DCSO) are holding another firearm safety class for women.
This free class will be held on October 9, starting at 5 p.m. According to an announcement by the DCSO, the course will focus on firearm safety, proper storage, Alabama firearm law, the fundamentals of shooting, and more.
The class will be at the DCSO training facility, which is located near the Ozark-Dale County Humane Society at 583 Bivins Drive.
Participants should bring 50 rounds of ammunition, eye and ear protection, and a baseball cap. To register or for additional info, call the Dale County Sheriff’s Office at (334) 774-2335.
