The Daleville Chamber of Commerce announced today that, due to inclement weather, the city’s annual Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting has been postponed
.
The parade will now occur on Friday, December 12, 2025, with all activities following the same schedule. The parade will begin at 5:30 p.m., and the tree-lighting ceremony will follow immediately afterward.
Chamber leaders say the change was made to ensure families can enjoy the full holiday experience safely and comfortably. All the usual highlights, including bright lights, cheerful music, and plenty of Christmas spirit, are still planned on the rescheduled date.
The event marks the official start of the holiday season in Daleville, and organizers encourage residents to come out and celebrate together next Friday, December 12.
