Friday Night Spotlight: A Preview of Tonight’s High School Football Showdowns

It’s that time again, and area high school football is reaching the final stretch of the season. Area high schools are preparing to take the field for their big games tonight, and here is everything you need to know about tonight’s matchups.
Ariton High School’s Purple Cats hit the road to take on Geneva County. Ariton has had an amazing season so far, losing only one game, and so they hope to carry that momentum into the game at Geneva County tonight. Kickoff is at 7 p.m.
Carroll High School also hits the road as the Eagles plan to face off against the Headland Rams with kickoff at 7 tonight.
Meanwhile, Daleville High School will have Senior Night at Home as the Warhawks take on the Ashford Yellowjackets. Kickoff at Warhawk Stadium is at 7 p.m.
G.W. Long High School will play an away game tonight as the Rebels face off against the Cottonwood High School Bears.
Dale County High School will be on home turf tonight as the Warriors confront the Geneva City High School Panthers with kickoff at 7 p.m. DCHS will also celebrate Senior Night tonight.
