March into Adventure and Fun: Daleville Public Library offers Month full of Programs and Events for Everyone

DALEVILLE – It’s time to get Lit-erary at the Daleville Public Library! The Daleville Public Library (DPL) has unveiled its calendar of programs and events for March, offering a variety of activities for all ages.

Weekly highlights include Teen Book Club meetings on Wednesdays at 1:30 p.m., designed to engage young readers, and Little Learner’s Storytime on Fridays at 10 a.m., offering early literacy activities for children. Nature enthusiasts can also participate in Nature Club Fridays at 1:30 p.m.

Family programs continue with Family ASL classes on Friday, March 13, and Friday, March 27, at 1:30 p.m., while Scrap Paper Saturdays, a family-friendly crafting event, will take place on March 7 and March 21 from 10 a.m. to noon.

Adults are invited to attend the Senior Movie showing on Thursday, March 19, at 12:15 p.m., followed by the Book Club for Adults at 4 p.m. Additionally, creative participants can join the Midday Scrap Studio on Tuesday, March 10, at noon.

The Daleville Amateur Radio Club (DARC) will host a testing session on Saturday, March 21, at 10 a.m., and a club meeting on Saturday, March 28, at 10 a.m.

March Reads selections this month include The Code of the Woosters by P.G. Wodehouse for the Teen Book Club and Something in the Water by Catherine Steadman for the Book Club for Adults.

Library officials encourage community members to support educational programs through donations to the Daleville Public Library Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Monday – Thursday: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
