The deadline to enter the 2026 Miss Daleville Pageant has been extended, giving interested participants additional time to apply. Pageant officials announced that applications will now be accepted through Monday, Feb. 9.

The Miss Daleville Pageant is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 21, 2026, and is open to girls ages 3 to 19. According to pageant officials, the pageant is open to residents of the Wiregrass area; however, the Miss and Little Miss categories are only open to contestants who live within the Daleville City Schools district. Organizers say all applications and required payments must be submitted by the extended deadline through either in-person or online options.

Online submissions are available by emailing completed applications to [email protected]. Applicants choosing the online option will receive an invoice on Monday, with payment accepted by credit card only through QuickBooks. You may also request an application by emailing the address above.

“Our pageant deadline is MONDAY,” organizers stated in promotional materials, emphasizing the importance of meeting the extended deadline. Organizers stated that illnesses prompted an extension, providing all girls a fair opportunity to enter.

Business advertisements and shoutouts for the pageant program must also be finalized and submitted by Monday, Feb. 9. All ads should be emailed to [email protected] by the deadline.

The pageant includes multiple age divisions. Miss and Little Miss categories are limited to participants residing within Daleville city limits, while all other categories are open to eligible contestants from Wiregrass communities within a 30-minute radius.

Pageant Director Anita Ford said families interested in participating may request an application packet by scanning the QR code provided on promotional materials and including the contestant’s age.

In addition to titles and awards, the Miss Daleville Pageant offers significant scholarship opportunities, including awards from Troy University and Wallace Community College.

Troy University will award the Miss Daleville winner a four-year scholarship valued at $3,500 per year. The scholarship is contingent upon the winner’s participation in the National Peanut Festival Pageant. It will be voided if the winner qualifies for a higher scholarship amount based on their ACT or SAT scores.

Wallace Community College–Dothan (WCCD) will award up to $5,000 to the preliminary pageant winner, provided the winner competes in the National Peanut Festival Pageant. WCCD will also offer scholarships of up to $1,200 to as many as four runners-up. Additionally, WCCD is offering up to $1,200 in scholarship funds for the winner of the Miss Congeniality award.

All WCCD scholarship recipients must apply for admission to the college, complete the FAFSA, and use the awards by Fall 2026. These scholarships are last-dollar awards and apply only to tuition and fees not covered by other financial aid.
