The Ozark City Schools Board of Education (OCS BOE) has announced that the agenda for its next meeting will include “routine budget and personnel matters.” The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 9, at 5:00 p.m. at the Ozark City Schools Central Office, located at 860 Hwy 231 N, Ozark.
The announcement did not specify which personnel matters would be addressed, but this usually applies to any decision that involves employment matters with the school system.
During the OCS BOE’s last meeting, the board voted unanimously to begin contract negotiations with Carroll High School Principal Marsielena Williams for the superintendent position. So far, there have not been any additional announcements on the progress of contract negotiations.
The meeting is open to the public. We will provide an update on any important decisions after the meeting.
