OZARK—The Ozark City Schools Board of Education will convene for its regularly scheduled monthly meeting set for Thursday, June 11, at 5 p.m.
The meeting will be held at the Ozark City Schools Central Office’s Student Support Center, located at 860 U.S. Highway 231 North in Ozark. According to officials, the meeting is open to the public.
The agenda for the special-called session includes personnel matters and “routine financial” business. In the past, when the Board included “personnel matters” on its agenda, it tended to discuss possible changes in employees, including the appointment of new personnel or other personnel changes for the school system.
The Board of Education recently announced several personnel appointments, including Assistant Superintendent Daniel Barrentine, Carroll High School Principal Will Cammack, and Mixon Intermediate School’s principal, Amanda Melby.
