OZARK—Ozark City Schools will host a farewell reception honoring Superintendent Reeivice L. Girtman later this month, offering community members an opportunity to recognize his service to the district.
Last year, Girtman announced his decision to resign at the end of the current school year, bringing to a close nearly five years of service to Ozark City Schools.
The drop-in reception is scheduled for Friday, April 24, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and will be held in the press box at Matthews Stadium on the campus of Carroll High School.
According to the announcement, the event is open to the public, and attendees are invited to come and go during the scheduled time as they wish.
