Council Member Leah Harlow Delivers Breakfast and New Ozark City Flags to all Ozark Fire & Rescue Stations

The crew of Ozark Fire and Rescue was recently treated to a delicious breakfast provided by outgoing Ozark City Council Member Leah Harlow.
In addition to supplying the crew with an energy-boosting breakfast, Harlow also delivered brand-new City of Ozark flags so that each fire and rescue station can proudly fly the city flag alongside our American and Alabama flags.
The Dale County Chronicle reached out to Harlow for comment on her motivation for this kind act.. She said, “The breakfast was courtesy of Wiregrass Forum, a local group that meets monthly. First responders are an asset to our community and thanking them is important.”
Harlow also spoke of the importance of having pride in Ozark, adding, “Every business and organization within the city limits of Ozark should fly the
flag along with the American and State flag, in my opinion, to show pride in our community.”
Ozark Fire and Rescue expressed gratitude for the breakfast and the Ozark flags, announcing, “The Ozark Fire and Rescue Department would like to give a big thank you to Councilwoman Leah Harlow for her generosity and support! She recently provided a delicious breakfast for our crews and also gifted us with new City of Ozark flags, which we are now proudly flying at each station.:
The Fire and Rescue Department went on to say, “Your continued support means so much to our department and community.”
