The Ozark Police Department has announced a new partnership with Harris Security Company aimed at enhancing public safety during this weekend’s Claybank Jamboree.
As part of the collaboration, Harris Security will deploy its Site Shield AI system, an advanced live 360-degree surveillance platform designed to provide comprehensive monitoring and faster response capabilities.
According to the department, there are no known threats related to the Claybank Event, and the system’s deployment is a proactive measure to strengthen situational awareness and public safety efforts.
“The deployment of Site Shield AI is merely an additional layer of security that Harris Security is graciously providing to support our Public Safety efforts,” the department said in a statement. “It is intended to strengthen our ability to respond swiftly to any potential incidents, as well as to capture video footage of matters relating to public safety should they arise.”
Officials said the system will enable officers to more effectively detect unusual behavior, monitor crowd activity, and respond promptly to emergencies.
The department expressed its gratitude to Harris Security for the partnership, noting that it demonstrates Ozark’s ongoing commitment to using cutting-edge technology to protect residents, visitors, and local businesses.
The Claybank Event is scheduled for tomorrow, and police encourage everyone attending to enjoy the festivities knowing that enhanced safety measures are in place.
