Parents and Grandparents of Children at Ozark Headstart Holding Fundraisers to Support Enrichment Activities
A committee of parents and grandparents of children attending Ozark Headstart is holding fundraisers to provide enriching activities, such as field trips, for the children of the preschool education facility, according to one grandparent who is part of the committee.
The group is currently selling T-shirts and ‘loligrams’ to raise funds to support activities for the children. The two children who sell the most loligrams will be named King and Queen of Headstart and will participate in the Ozark Christmas Parade.
The fundraisers are organized and the funds are maintained by the parental committee and not Ozark Headstart. However, Ozark Headstart has issued its approval and appreciation for the parent committee’s fundraising efforts.
