OZARK — Emergency responders were dispatched to a reported pedestrian accident in Ozark on Saturday night after a woman was reportedly struck by a vehicle near a convenience store on East Roy Parker Road.
According to emergency 911 dispatch information, the incident was reported at approximately 9 p.m. at the Texaco convenience store located at 168 E. Roy Parker Road. Dispatch reports indicated that a female pedestrian had reportedly been struck by a vehicle while walking across the nearby railroad tracks.
As detailed in dispatch communications, the woman reportedly walked from the railroad tracks area to the convenience store following the incident. She complained of pain in her back, neck, and left shoulder.
Personnel from the Ozark Fire Department and Ozark EMS responded to the scene to provide medical assistance.
The extent of the woman’s injuries was not immediately known, and no additional information regarding her condition was available as of Saturday night.
