The Salvation Army, which serves Dale, Coffee, Butler, and Covington Counties, is gearing up for its Big Beautiful Bag Sale, which will begin on January 5 and run for two weeks.
For the sale, people are allowed to fill a large bag with all of the clothes that can fit for only $20. A bag will be provided for you.
Organizers of the sale hope to see a large turnout and say the proceeds of the sale will benefit those in need within our local communities. The Salvation Army provides low-income families and individuals with food assistance, emergency aid, assistance with utilities, housing, and more.
