An Ozark City Schools bus was involved in a minor two-vehicle crash Friday, with the school district reporting that the bus was rear-ended by a car.

The incident occurred Friday afternoon in Ozark. According to Ozark City Schools Superintendent Marci Williams, the district bus was carrying students when the collision occurred.

“All students were evaluated by our local EMS, and no major injuries were reported,” Williams said.

The evaluation was conducted as a precaution following the crash. The district did not report any major injuries among the students aboard the bus.

Williams also thanked emergency responders for their response to the incident and acknowledged the patience and cooperation of parents while the situation was being handled.

“Thank you to all of our first responders for your quick response and assistance,” Williams said. “We also thank our parents for your patience, understanding, and help during this situation.”
