ENTERPRISE—Authorities are investigating a deadly shooting in Enterprise that left one person dead and another individual in custody, according to local law enforcement.
Police say the incident occurred following a dispute that escalated into gunfire. Officers responded to the scene, the 2700 Block of Highway 27, and found a victim in the street suffering from a gunshot wound. The individual was later pronounced dead.
Investigators reported that the shooting stemmed from an altercation between two individuals prior to the gunfire. Following the incident, a suspect was taken into custody without further incident.
