Mark your calendars. The Ozark Area Chamber of Commerce has two separate events planned to take place soon: a light breakfast with AL state legislators and Coffee and Conversation with Mayor Charles Ward. First, on March 2, the Chamber of Commerce will host a light breakfast with local state legislators, offering community members an opportunity to hear updates and insights on issues affecting the region.
Scheduled to attend are Alabama State Senators Donnie Chesteen (R-29) and Josh Carnley (R-31) and Alabama State Representatives Steve Clouse (R-93) and Marcus Paramore (R-89). The lawmakers are expected to share updates from the current legislative session and provide insight into issues affecting Dale County and its surrounding communities.
Chamber officials stated that the gathering is designed to foster communication among elected officials, local business leaders, residents, and other stakeholders.

Chamber representatives said the event is part of their ongoing effort to keep the community informed and connected with state leadership. Additional details, including the date and location, will be provided upon registration.
