DALE COUNTY—The annual Toys for Tots program is gearing up once again to help make the holidays brighter and more joyful for children in need. Dale County residents can register their children for the program during November 10–13 and 17–20 at the Mary Hill Family Service Center, located at 204 Katherine Avenue in Ozark.

Sign-ups will be open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., though the office closes each day for lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. The registration site will also be closed on Tuesday, November 11, in observance of Veterans Day.

To qualify, applicants must be residents of Dale County and must bring a valid parent or guardian photo ID along with birth certificates for each child being registered. Phone registrations will not be accepted.

It is important to note that only custodial parents or legal guardians are allowed to sign up children for the program. Grandparents may register children only if they have official custody; otherwise, parents must complete the process in person.

The Toys for Tots program, led locally through the Mary Hill Family Service Center, helps ensure that every child in the community can experience the joy of receiving gifts during the holiday season.

For more information, families can visit the Mary Hill Family Service Center during registration hours.
