One fast food chain is stepping up to do its part to help mitigate the devastating effects families that rely upon SNAP food assistance are experiencing. Several Zaxby’s locations across Alabama, Tennessee, and Florida are stepping up to help families impacted by the temporary suspension of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits.
From November 3–9, or until SNAP benefits are restored, participating restaurants operated by CarterChicken Inc. and H&M Chicken LLC will provide one free kids’ meal per child, per day — no purchase required.
The offer is available for dine-in only and applies to children ages 12 and under, who must be present. Families will need to show a valid EBT card with a matching ID to receive the meal.

Enterprise, AL
Ozark, AL
Greenville, AL
McMinnville, TN
Lawrenceburg, TN
Lewisburg, TN
DeFuniak Springs, FL
Restaurant representatives said the initiative is meant to show support for local families during a difficult time, emphasizing, “We’re here for our community and our kids — no questions asked, just support for families in need.”
The effort is part of the company’s broader #ZaxbysCares campaign, highlighting its commitment to putting #CommunityFirst.
